أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ مَالِكٌ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ غَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ عُلَمَائِهِمْ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَطَعَ لِبِلَالِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْمُزَنِيِّ مَعَادِنَ الْقَبَلِيَّةِ وَهِيَ مِنْ نَاحِيَةِ الْفَرْعِ فَتِلْكَ الْمَعَادِنُ لَا يُؤْخَذُ مِنْهَا إِلَّا الزَّكَاةُ إِلَى الْيَوْمِ قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ لَيْسَ هَذَا مِمَّا يُثْبِتُ أَهْلُ الْحَدِيثِ وَلَوْ ثَبَتُوهُ لَمْ تَكُنْ فِيهِ رِوَايَةٌ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ إِلَّا إِقْطَاعَهُ فَأَمَّا الزَّكَاةُ فِي الْمَعَادِنِ دُونَ الْخُمُسِ فَلَيْسَتْ مَرْوِيَّةً عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِيهِ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ هُوَ كَمَا قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ فِي رِوَايَةِ مَالِكٍ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيِّ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ مَوْصُولًا
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Sa'id ibn Abi Amr informed us... from Rabi'ah ibn Abi Abd al-Rahman from more than one of their scholars that the Prophet (peace be upon him) granted Bilal ibn al-Harith al-Muzani the mines of al-Qabaliyyah, which are in the vicinity of al-Far'. Those mines have had nothing taken from them except zakah to this day. Al-Shafi'i said: This is not something the hadith scholars consider established, and even if they did, there is no narration from the Prophet (peace be upon him) in it except his granting the land. As for zakah on mines rather than the fifth, it is not narrated from the Prophet (peace be upon him). The Shaykh said: It is as al-Shafi'i said in the narration of Malik. It has been narrated from Abd al-Aziz al-Darawardi from Rabi'ah in a connected form.
