رَوَى مُسَاوِرٌ الْوَرَّاقُ عَنْ شُعَيْبٍ قَالَ كَتَبَ عُمَرُ ؓ إِلَى أَبِي مُوسَى أَنْ مُرْ مَنْ قِبَلَكَ مِنْ نِسَاءِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ أَنْ يُصْدِقْنَ حُلِيَّهُنَّ وَذَلِكَ فِيمَا أَجَازَ لِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ رِوَايَتَهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ أَبِي الْوَلِيدِ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ ثنا وَكِيعٌ وَعَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ عَنْ مُسَاوِرٍ فَذَكَرَهُ وَهَذَا مُرْسَلٌ شُعَيْبُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ لَمْ يُدْرِكْ عُمَرَ أَنْ يُصْدِقْنَ حُلِيَّهُنَّ وَذَلِكَ فِيمَا أَجَازَ لِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ رِوَايَتَهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ أَبِي الْوَلِيدِ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ ثنا وَكِيعٌ وَعَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ عَنْ مُسَاوِرٍ فَذَكَرَهُ وَهَذَا مُرْسَلٌ شُعَيْبُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ لَمْ يُدْرِكْ عُمَرَ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Musawir al-Warraq narrated from Shu'ayb who said: Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) wrote to Abu Musa: Order the Muslim women in your jurisdiction to pay the charity on their jewelry. This is from what Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz permitted me to narrate from him, from Abu al-Walid: al-Hasan ibn Sufyan narrated to us: Abu Bakr narrated to us: Waki' and Abd al-Rahim narrated from Musawir, and he mentioned it. This is mursal; Shu'ayb ibn Yasar did not meet Umar.
