وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو نَصْرٍ الْعِرَاقِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ ابْنَ عُمَرَ عَنْ زَكَاةِ مَالِهِ فَقَالَ ادْفَعْهَا إِلَيْهِمْ فَقَالَ لَهُ سَعِيدُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ إِنَّ بِشْرَ بْنَ مَرْوَانَ جَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ مِنَ أَهْلِ الشَّامِ قَالَ فَسَأَلَهُ فَقَالَ مَرَرْتُ بِامْرَأَةٍ عَطَّارَةٍ فِي السُّوقِ فَلَوْ كَانَ مَعِي شَيْءٌ لَأَعْطَيْتُهَا فَقَالَ يَا غَضْبَانُ أَعْطِهِ خَمْسَمِائَةَ دِرْهَمٍ مِنَ الزَّكَاةِ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ لَبَّسُوا عَلَيْنَا لَبَّسَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِمْ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Ibrahim al-Asbahani al-Hafiz narrated to us... from Sa'id ibn Jubayr who said: A man asked Ibn 'Umar about the zakah of his wealth. He said: 'Give it to them.' Sa'id ibn Jubayr said to him: 'Bishr ibn Marwan had a man from the people of Syria come to him and he asked him, and the man said: I passed by a perfume-selling woman in the market, and if I had something I would have given it to her. So Bishr said: O Ghadban, give him five hundred dirhams from the zakah.' Ibn 'Umar said: 'They have confused matters upon us; may Allah confuse matters upon them.'
