أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِابْنِ طَاوسٍ مَا كَانَ أَبُوكَ يَقُولُ إِذَا سَمِعَ الرَّعْدَ؟ قَالَ كَانَ يَقُولُ سُبْحَانَ مَنْ سَبَّحْتَ لَهُ قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ كَأَنَّهُ يَذْهَبُ إِلَى قَوْلِ اللهِ ﷻ {وَيُسَبِّحُ الرَّعْدُ بِحَمْدِهِ} [الرعد 13]
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Sa'id ibn Abi Amr narrated to us... from al-Shafi'i, from Ibn Uyaynah who said: I asked Ibn Tawus, 'What did your father used to say when he heard thunder?' He said: He used to say: 'Glory be to the One for Whom you glorify.' Al-Shafi'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: It is as if he refers to the saying of Allah, Glorified and Exalted: {And the thunder glorifies His praise} [13:13].
