وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ زُبَيْدٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ قَالَ خَرَجَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ أَضْحَى إِلَى الْبَقِيعِ فَقَامَ فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ عَلَيْنَا بِوَجْهِهِ فَقَالَ إِنَّ أَوَّلَ نُسُكِنَا فِي يَوْمِنَا هَذَا أَنْ نَبْدَأَ بِالصَّلَاةِ ثُمَّ نَرْجِعَ فَنَنْحَرَ فَمَنْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ فَقَدْ وَافَقَ سُنَّتَنَا وَمَنْ ذَبَحَ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ فَإِنَّمَا هُوَ لَحْمٌ عَجَّلَهُ لِأَهْلِهِ لَيْسَ مِنَ النُّسُكِ فِي شَيْءٍ فَقَامَ خَالِي فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَنَا ذَبَحْتُ وَعِنْدِي جَذَعَةٌ خَيْرٌ مِنْ مُسِنَّةٍ قَالَ اذْبَحْهَا ثُمَّ لَا تُوَفِّي جَذَعَةٌ بَعْدَكَ قَالَ زُبَيْدٌ فَسَمِعْتُ بَعْضَ أَصْحَابِنَا أَنَّهُ قَالَ عَنَاقُ جَذَعَةٍ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Zakariyya and Abu Bakr informed us... from Abdullah ibn Waqid who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) forbade eating the meat of the sacrifice after three days. Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr said: I mentioned this to Amrah, and she said: He spoke the truth. I heard Aisha say: People from the desert came during the time of sacrifice during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), so the Messenger of Allah said: Store for three days, then give charity with what remains. After that, they said: O Messenger of Allah, people used to benefit from their sacrifices by rendering the fat and making water-skins from the hides. He said: What about that? They said: You forbade eating the meat of the sacrifice. He said: I only forbade it because of the destitute people who came. So eat, give charity, and store.
