Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: 'The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) had a reed mat which he would set up at night and pray in, and spread out during the day. The people began to pray following his prayer. One night they gathered, and he said: O people, take upon yourselves only as much of good deeds as you can bear, for Allah does not grow weary until you grow weary. The most beloved deeds to Allah are those done consistently, even if they are small. And whenever the family of Muhammad did a deed, they would persist in it.'
