أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْقَطِيعِيُّ ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ثنا رَوْحٌ ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي حُسَيْنٍ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ صَلَّيْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ الْعَصْرَ فَلَمَّا سَلَّمَ قَامَ سَرِيعًا فَدَخَلَ عَلَى بَعْضِ نِسَائِهِ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ وَرَأَى مَا فِي وُجُوهِ الْقَوْمِ مِنْ تَعَجُّبِهِ��ْ لِسُرْعَتِهِ قَالَ ذَكَرْتُ وَأَنَا فِي الصَّلَاةِ تِبْرًا عِنْدَنَا فَكَرِهْتُ أَنْ يُمْسِيَ أَوْ يَبِيتَ عِنْدَنَا فَأَمَرْتُ بِقِسْمَتِهِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Uqbah ibn al-Harith said: I prayed Asr with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). When he gave the salam, he stood up quickly and went to one of his wives. Then he came out and saw what was on the people's faces of surprise at his haste. He said: 'I remembered while I was in prayer some gold dust we had, and I disliked that it should remain with us through the evening or the night, so I ordered it to be distributed.'
