أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ فَقَالَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ فَقَدِ اسْتَثْنَى
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) reported, tracing it back to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said: Whoever swears an oath and then says 'in sha Allah (if Allah wills),' he has made an exception.
