أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنبأ مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ؓ قَالَ جَاءَ نَفَرٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ صَاحِبًا لَنَا اشْتَكَى أَفَنَكْوِيهِ؟ قَالَ فَسَكَتَ سَاعَةً ثُمَّ قَالَ إِنْ شِئْتُمْ فَاكْوُوهُ وَإِنْ شِئْتُمْ فَارْضِفُوهُ يَعْنِي بِالْحِجَارَةِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu al-Husayn ibn Bishran informed us, Isma'il ibn Muhammad al-Saffar informed us, Ahmad ibn Mansur narrated to us, Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar informed us from Abu Ishaq, from Abu al-Ahwas, from Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: "A group of people came to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, a companion of ours is suffering. Should we cauterize him?' He remained silent for a while, then said: 'If you wish, cauterize him, and if you wish, apply heated stones to him.'"
