أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْبَزَّازُ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ثنا أَبُو يُوسُفَ الْقَاضِي ثنا مُجَالِدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْوَدَّاكِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ؓ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْجَزُورِ وَالْبَقَرَةِ يُوجَدُ فِي بَطْنِهَا الْجَنِينُ قَالَ إِذَا سَمَّيْتُمْ عَلَى الذَّبِيحَةِ فَذَكَاتُهُ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ وَرُوِيَ ذَلِكَ عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ الْحَدَّادِ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ أَبِي الْوَدَّاكِ مُخْتَصَرًا
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Bakr ibn al-Harith al-Faqih informed us, Ali ibn Umar al-Hafiz informed us, Ya'qub ibn Ibrahim al-Bazzaz narrated to us, Ali ibn Muslim narrated to us, Abu Yusuf the judge narrated to us, Mujalid ibn Sa'id narrated to us from Abu al-Waddak, from Abu Sa'id (may Allah be pleased with him): "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about a slaughtered camel or cow in whose belly a fetus is found. He said: 'If you have pronounced the name of Allah over the slaughtered animal, then its slaughter is the slaughter of its mother.'" This was also narrated from Abu Ubaydah al-Haddad from Yunus from Abu al-Waddak in abridged form.
