وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ هِلَالٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ ثَقِيفٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ جُهَيْنَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُقَاتِلُونَ قَوْمًا فَتَظْهَرُوا عَلَيْهِمْ فَيَتَّقُونَكُمْ بِأَمْوَالِهِمْ دُونَ أَنْفُسِهِمْ وَأَبْنَائِهِمْ قَالَ سَعِيدٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ فَيُصَالِحُونَكُمْ عَلَى صُلْحٍ ثُمَّ اتَّفَقَا فَلَا تُصِيبُوا مِنْهُمْ فَوْقَ ذَلِكَ فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَصْلُحُ لَكُمْ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu 'Ali informed us, Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, Abu Dawud narrated to us, Musaddad and Sa'id ibn Mansur said: Abu 'Awanah narrated to us from Mansur, from Hilal, from a man of Thaqif, from a man of Juhaynah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "You will likely fight a people and prevail over them. They will seek to protect themselves with their wealth rather than their lives and their children." Sa'id said in his hadith: "They will make a peace agreement with you." Then they agreed: "So do not take from them beyond that, for it is not proper for you."
