حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ أَنْبَأَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ بِمَكَّةَ أَنْبَأَ سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ الْمُخَرِّمِيُّ ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَا ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ أَنْبَأَ سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ بَجَالَةَ يَقُولُ كَتَبَ عُمَرُ ؓ أَنِ اقْتُلُوا كُلَّ سَاحِرٍ وَسَاحِرَةٍ قَالَ البيهقي ١٦٤٩٨: عن
انگریزی ترجمہ
Narrations about the prohibition of stealing from war spoils (ghulul). The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Return the needle and the thread, for treachery in war spoils will be a disgrace, a fire, and a shame for its perpetrator on the Day of Judgment." He warned severely against any form of theft from collective spoils.
