أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ أنا أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ النَّضْرَوِيُّ الْهَرَوِيُّ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ نا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ نا هُشَيْمٌ أنا عُبَيْدَةُ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَجُوَيْبِرٌ عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ أَنَّ حَفْصَةَ أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ؓ زَارَتْ أَبَاهَا ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ وَكَانَ يَوْمُهَا فَلَمَّا جَاءَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَلَمْ يَرَهَا فِي الْمَنْزِلِ فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَى أَمَتِهِ مَارِيَةَ الْقِبْطِيَّةِ فَأَصَابَ مِنْهَا فِي بَيْتِ حَفْصَةَ فَجَاءَتْ حَفْصَةُ عَلَى تِلْكَ الْحَالَةِ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَتَفْعَلُ هَذَا فِي بَيْتِي وَفِي يَوْمِي؟ قَالَ فَإِنَّهَا عَلَيَّ حَرَامٌ لَا تُخْبِرِي بِذَلِكَ أَحَدًا فَانْطَلَقَتْ حَفْصَةُ إِلَى عَائِشَةَ فَأَخْبَرَتْهَا بِذَلِكَ فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ ﷻ فِي كِتَابِهِ {يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ لِمَ تُحَرِّمُ مَا أَحَلَّ اللهُ لَكَ} [التحريم 1] إِلَى قَوْلِهِ {وَصَالِحِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ} [التحريم 4] فَأُمِرَ أَنْ يُكَفِّرَ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَيُرَاجِعَ أَمَتَهُ وَبِمَعْنَاهُ ذَكَرَهُ الْحَسَنُ الْبَصْرِيُّ مُرْسَلًا
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hafsah, the Mother of the Believers (may Allah be pleased with her), visited her father one day, which was her day. When the Prophet (peace be upon him) came and did not find her at home, he sent for his slave-girl Mariyah the Copt and was intimate with her in Hafsah's house. Hafsah came upon them in that state and said: O Messenger of Allah, do you do this in my house and on my day? He said: She is forbidden to me. Do not tell anyone. Hafsah went to Aisha and told her. Allah the Almighty revealed in His Book: {O Prophet, why do you prohibit what Allah has made lawful for you?} [al-Tahrim 1] to {and the righteous among the believers} [al-Tahrim 4]. He was commanded to expiate his oath and take back his slave-girl.
