أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الْمَعْرُوفِ الْإِسْفِرَايِينِيُّ بِهَا أنا أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ نُجَيْدٍ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْبُوشَنْجِيُّ نا أُمَيَّةُ بْنُ بِسْطَامٍ نا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ نا رَوْحٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ عَنِ الرُّبَيِّعِ بِنْتِ مُعَوِّذِ ابْنِ عَفْرَاءَ قَالَتْ تَزَوَّجْتُ ابْنَ عَمٍّ لِي فَشَقِيَ بِي وَشَقِيتُ بِهِ وَعَنِيَ بِي وَعَنَيْتُ بِهِ وَإِنِّي اسْتَأْدَيْتُ عَلَيْهِ عُثْمَانَ ؓ فَظَلَمَنِي وَظَلَمْتُهُ وَكَثُرَ عَلَيَّ وَكَثُرْتُ عَلَيْهِ وَإِنَّهَا انْفَلَتَتْ مِنِّي كَلِمَةُ أَنَا أَفْتَدِي بِمَالِي كُلِّهِ قَالَ قَدْ قَبِلْتُ فَقَالَ عُثْمَانُ ؓ خُذْ مِنْهَا قَالَتْ فَانْطَلَقْتُ ف��دَفَعْتُ إِلَيْهِ مَتَاعِي كُلَّهُ إِلَّا ثِيَابِي وَفِرَاشِي وَأَنَّهُ قَالَ لِي لَا أَرْضَى وَأَنَّهُ اسْتَأْدَانِي عَلَى عُثْمَانَ ؓ فَلَمَّا دَنَوْنَا مِنْهُ قَالَ يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ الشَّرْطُ أَمْلَكُ قَالَ أَجَلْ فَخُذْ مِنْهَا مَتَاعَهَا كُلَّهُ حَتَّى عِقَاصَهَا قَالَتْ فَانْطَلَقْتُ فَدَفَعْتُ إِلَيْهِ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ حَتَّى أَجَفْتُ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَهُ الْبَابَ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Al-Rubayyi' bint Mu'awwidh ibn 'Afra' said: I married a cousin of mine, and we were unhappy with each other. I brought the matter before Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him), and there was wrongdoing between us. A word slipped from me: 'I will ransom myself with all my wealth.' He said: 'I accept.' Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) said: 'Take from her.' So I went and gave him all my belongings except my clothes and bedding, but he said: 'I am not satisfied.' He brought the matter before Uthman again, who said: 'O Commander of the Believers, the condition is binding.' He said: 'Indeed, so take from her everything, even her hair ties.' She said: 'So I went and gave him everything until I closed the door between us.'
