أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْمَحْبُوبِيُّ نا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ نا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ أنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ خُمَيْرٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ بُسْرٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ مَرَّ بِأَبِيهِ وَهُوَ عَلَى بَغْلَةٍ لَهُ بَيْضَاءَ فَأَتَاهُ فَأَخَذَ بِلِجَامِهَا فَقَالَ انْزِلْ عَلَيَّ قَالَ فَنَزَلَ عَلَيْنَا فَأَتَى بِتَمْرٍ وَسَوِيقٍ فَجَعَلَ يَأْكُلُ مِنْهُ ثُمَّ يَضَعُ النوَى عَلَى ظَهْرِ السَّبَّابَةِ أَوِ الْوُسْطَى أَوْ عَلَيْهِمَا جَمِيعًا ثُمَّ يَرْمِي بِهِ قَالَ وَصُنِعَ لَهُ طَعَامٌ فَجَعَلَ يَأْكُلُ مِنْهُ ثُمَّ أَتَاهُ بِقَدَحٍ مِنْ لَبَنٍ أَوْ سَوِيقٍ فَشَرِبَ مِنْهُ ثُمَّ أَعْطَاهُ الَّذِي عَنْ يَمِينِهِ فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَسِيرَ أَوْ يَرْتَحِلَ فَقَالَ ادْعُ لَنَا فَقَالَ اللهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَهُمْ فِيمَا رَزَقْتَهُمْ وَاغْفِرْ لَهُمْ وَارْحَمْهُمْ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us... from Abdullah bin Busr, that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) passed by his father while he was on a white mule. His father took its bridle and said: Come down and stay with me. He dismounted and came to us. He was brought dates and parched barley, and he ate from them, placing the date pits on the back of his index and middle fingers, or on both of them, then throwing them away. Food was prepared for him and he ate from it. Then he was brought a cup of milk or parched barley drink, and he drank from it. Then he gave it to the one on his right. When he was about to depart, they said: Supplicate for us. He said: O Allah, bless them in what You have provided them, forgive them, and have mercy on them.
