أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ثنا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الطَّرَائِفِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ فِي هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ قَالَ هُوَ الرَّجُلُ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ وَلَمْ يُسَمِّ لَهَا صَدَاقًا ثُمَّ طَلَّقَهَا مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يَنْكِحَهَا فَأَمَرَ اللهُ تَعَالَى أَنْ يُمَتِّعْهَا عَلَى قَدْرِ يُسْرِهِ وَعُسْرِهِ فَإِنْ كَانَ مُوسِرًا مَتَّعَهَا بِخَادِمٍ أَوْ نَحْوِ ذَلِكَ وَإِنْ كَانَ مُعْسِرًا فَبِثَلَاثَةِ أَثْوَابٍ أَوْ نَحْوِ ذَلِكَ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) regarding this verse (about the woman divorced before consummation without a specified dowry) said: He is a man who marries a woman without specifying a dowry for her, then divorces her before consummating the marriage. Allah commanded that he give her compensation according to his means. If he is wealthy, he should give her a servant or the like; and if he is poor, then three garments or the like.
