أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أنبأ بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ ثنا الزُّهْرِيُّ قَالَ وَأَخْبَرَنِي الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سَبْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ نِكَاحِ الْمُتْعَةِ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Umar ibn al-Khattab ruled regarding a man who married a woman and found her to have leprosy or insanity: the woman is to be returned, and the mahr is owed by whoever deceived the husband.
