أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنا الشَّافِعِيُّ أنا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَحْوَلِ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَا وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍ قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ وَرَوَى بَعْضُ الشَّامِيِّينَ حَدِيثًا لَيْسَ مِمَّا يُثْبِتُهُ أَهْلُ الْحَدِيثِ؛ لِأَنَّ بَعْضَ رِجَالِهِ مَجْهُولُونَ فرُوِّينَاهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مُنْقَطِعًا وَاعْتَمَدْنَا عَلَى حَدِيثِ أَهْلِ الْمَغَازِي عَامَّةً أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ لَا وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍ وَإِجْمَاعُ الْعَامَّةِ عَلَى الْقَوْلِ بِهِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us with his chain: al-Rabi' ibn Sulayman narrated: al-Shafi'i narrated from Ibn Uyaynah from Sulayman al-Ahwal from Mujahid that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'There is no bequest for an heir.' Al-Shafi'i said: Some Syrians narrated a hadith that the hadith scholars do not confirm, as some of its narrators are unknown. We narrated it from the Prophet (peace be upon him) in disconnected form, and relied on the report of the scholars of military expeditions generally that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said in the year of the Conquest: 'There is no bequest for an heir,' along with the consensus of scholars on this ruling.
