أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْمَحْبُوبِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ ثنا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ أنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي قَيْسٍ عَنِ الْهُزَيْلِ قَالَ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ فِي امْرَأَةٍ تَرَكَتْ زَوْجَهَا وَأُمَّهَا وَإِخْوَتَهَا لِأَبِيهَا وَأُمِّهَا وَإِخْوَتَهَا لِأُمِّهَا قَالَ لِلزَّوْجِ النِّصْفُ وَلِلْأُمِّ السُّدُسُ وَلِلْإِخْوَةِ مِنَ الْأُمِّ الثُّلُثُ تَكْمِلَةَ السِّهَامِ وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لِإِخْوَتِهَا لِأَبِيهَا وَأُمِّهَا شَيْئًا

Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us with his chain from Shu'bah from Abu Qays from al-Huzayl who said: Abdullah said regarding a woman who left her husband, mother, full siblings, and maternal siblings: the husband receives half, the mother a sixth, the maternal siblings a third to complete the shares, and he gave the full siblings nothing.
