حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكٍ أنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا شَرِيكٌ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْأَحْمَرِيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ رَجُلًا تُوُفِّيَ مِنْ خُزَاعَةَ عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَأُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِمِيرَاثِهِ فَقَالَ انْظُرُوا هَلْ مِنْ وَارِثٍ؟ فَالْتَمَسُوهُ فَلَمْ يَجِدُوا لَهُ وَارِثًا فَأُخْبِرَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ ادْفَعُوهُ إِلَى أَكْبَرِ خُزَاعَةَ أَنَّ رَجُلًا تُوُفِّيَ مِنْ خُزَاعَةَ عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَأُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِمِيرَاثِهِ فَقَالَ انْظُرُوا هَلْ مِنْ وَارِثٍ؟ فَالْتَمَسُوهُ فَلَمْ يَجِدُوا لَهُ وَارِثًا فَأُخْبِرَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ ادْفَعُوهُ إِلَى أَكْبَرِ خُزَاعَةَ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Bakr ibn Furak narrated to us: Abdullah ibn Ja'far narrated to us: Yunus ibn Habib narrated to us: Abu Dawud narrated to us: Sharik informed me: Abu Bakr al-Ahmari narrated from Ibn Buraydah from his father that a man from Khuza'ah died during the time of the Prophet (peace be upon him), and the Prophet (peace be upon him) was brought his inheritance. He said: 'Look for an heir.' They searched but found no heir for him. The Prophet (peace be upon him) was informed and said: 'Give it to the chief of Khuza'ah.'
