أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو أنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عِيسَى أنبأ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ أنبأ ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ وَرَّثَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ إِلَّا جَدَّتَيْنِ وَهَذَا قَوْلُ رَبِيعَةَ أَيْضًا وَرُوِيَ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ أَنْتُمُ الَّذِينَ تَفْرِضُونَ لِثَلَاثِ جَدَّاتٍ كَأَنَّهُ يُنْكِرُ ذَلِكَ وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ أُخْرَى وَرَّثَ حَوَّاءَ مِنْ بَنِيهَا وَإِسْنَادُهُ لَيْسَ بِذَاكَ

Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz and Abu Sa'id ibn Abi Amr informed us: Abu al-Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub narrated to us: Yahya ibn Abi Talib narrated to us: Yazid ibn Harun informed us: Sufyan al-Thawri narrated from al-Zuhri from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib and Abu Salamah from Abu Hurayrah from the Prophet (peace be upon him) who said: The child belongs to the bed, and the adulterer gets the stone.
