قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ أنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ ؓ كَانَ لَا يُوَرِّثُ الْجَدَّةَ إِذَا كَانَ ابْنُهَا حَيًّا أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ ؓ كَانَ لَا يُوَرِّثُ الْجَدَّةَ إِذَا كَانَ ابْنُهَا حَيًّا
انگریزی ترجمہ
He said: And Muhammad ibn Nasr narrated to us: Ishaq informed us: Abd al-Razzaq informed us: Ma'mar narrated from al-Zuhri: Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) did not give the grandmother any inheritance when her son was alive.
