وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ أنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ بِشْرٍ وَأَبُو الْأَزْهَرِ قَالَا ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ لَا يَرِثُ الْيَهُودِيُّ وَلَا النَّصْرَانِيُّ الْمُسْلِمَ وَلَا يَرِثُهُمْ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ عَبْدَ الرَّجُلِ أَوْ أَمَتَهُ هَذَا مَوْقُوفٌ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ وَهُوَ الْمَحْفُوظُ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Bakr ibn al-Harith the jurist informed us: Ali ibn Umar narrated to us: Abu Bakr al-Naysaburi narrated to us: Abd al-Rahman ibn Bishr and Abu al-Azhar both narrated to us: Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us: Ibn Jurayj informed us: Abu al-Zubayr informed me from Jabir who said: Neither the Jew nor the Christian inherits from the Muslim, nor does the Muslim inherit from them, unless they are his slave. This is mawquf (stopped at the companion). Ali said: And this is what is preserved.
