أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ اللَّيْثِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ زَادَ فَاشْتِمَالُ الصَّمَّاءِ يَشْتَمِلُ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ يَضَعُ طَرَفَيِ الثَّوْبِ عَلَى عَاتِقِهِ الْأَيْسَرِ وَيُبْرِزُ شِقَّهُ الْأَيْمَنَ قَالَ وَالْمُنَابَذَةُ أَنْ يَقُولَ إِذَا نَبَذْتُ هَذَا الثَّوْبَ فَقَدْ وَجَبَ الْبَيْعُ وَالْمُلَامَسَةُ أَنْ يَمَسَّهُ بِيَدِهِ وَلَا يَنْشُرَهُ وَلَا يُقَلِّبَهُ إِذَا مَسَّهُ وَجَبَ الْبَيْعُ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri narrated from the Prophet (peace be upon him) a similar hadith, with the addition: "Ishtimal al-samma is wrapping oneself in a single garment, placing both ends on the left shoulder and leaving the right side exposed. Munabadha is when one says: 'If I throw this garment, the sale is concluded.' Mulamasah is touching it with the hand without unfolding or examining it — once touched, the sale is concluded."
