حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ قَالَ قَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ جَرَّ إِزَارَهُ بَطَرًا لَمْ يَنْظُرْ اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ.

Waki' told us, from Hammad ibn Salamah, who said: Muhammad ibn Ziyad said, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever drags his lower garment out of arrogance, Allah will not look at him on the Day of Resurrection."
