Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah and Hajjaj narrated to us — Hajjaj said: Shu'bah narrated to me — from Qatadah, from al-Nadr ibn Anas — Hajjaj said in his narration: I heard al-Nadr ibn Anas — from Bashir ibn Nahik, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), that he said: 'If a man becomes bankrupt and [someone] finds his own property intact [with him], then he is more entitled to it [than other creditors].'
