حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ، وَأَبُو كَامِلٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، قَالَ بَهْزٌ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْفَزَارِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ الْمَخْزُومِيِّ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي آخِرِ وِتْرِهِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِرِضَاكَ مِنْ سَخَطِكَ وَأَعُوذُ بِمُعَافَاتِكَ مِنْ عُقُوبَتِكَ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْكَ وَلَا أُحْصِي ثَنَاءً عَلَيْكَ أَنْتَ كَمَا أَثْنَيْتَ عَلَى نَفْسِكَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
It was narrated from Hadrat 'Ali (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) used to say at the end of his Witr: `O Allah, I seek refuge in Your pleasure from Your wrath; I seek refuge in Your pardon from Your punishment; I seek refuge with You from You. I cannot praise You enough; You are as You have praised Yourself.”
