حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثِ بْنِ طَلْقِ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ النَّخَعِيُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ طَلْقَ بْنَ مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا زُرْعَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً أَتَتْ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِصَبِيٍّ لَهَا فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ادْعُ اللَّهَ لَهُ فَقَدْ دَفَنْتُ ثَلَاثَةً فَقَالَ لَقَدْ احْتَظَرْتِ بِحِظَارٍ شَدِيدٍ مِنْ النَّارِ قَالَ حَفْصٌ سَمِعْتُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ مِنْ سِتِّينَ سَنَةً وَلَمْ أَبْلُغْ عَشْرَ سِنِينَ وَسَمِعْتُ حَفْصًا يَذْكُرُ هَذَا الْكَلَامَ سَنَةَ سَبْعٍ وَثَمَانِينَ وَمِائَةٍ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ali ibn Abdullah narrated to us, Hafs ibn Ghiyath ibn Talq ibn Mu'awiyah al-Nakha'i narrated to us, he said: I heard Talq ibn Mu'awiyah, he said: I heard Abu Zur'ah narrating from Abu Hurayrah, that a woman came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) with a child of hers and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, supplicate to Allah for him, for I have buried three children.' He said: 'You have indeed shielded yourself with a strong shield from the Fire.' Hafs said: I heard this hadith sixty years ago when I had not yet reached ten years of age. And I heard Hafs mention these words in the year one hundred and eighty-seven.
