حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ خَلِيفَةَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ كُنَّا عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمًا فَسَمِعْنَا وَجْبَةً فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَتَدْرُونَ مَا هَذَا قُلْنَا اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَعْلَمُ قَالَ هَذَا حَجَرٌ أُرْسِلَ فِي جَهَنَّمَ مُنْذُ سَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًا فَالْآنَ انْتَهَى إِلَى قَعْرِهَا.
انگریزی ترجمہ
We were with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) one day, and we heard a crash. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Do you know what that is?' We said: 'Allah and His Messenger know best.' He said: 'That is a stone that was thrown into Hell seventy years ago, and it has just now reached its bottom.'
