حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ يَعْنِي الْفَزَارِيَّ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ أَنْفَقَ زَوْجًا أَوْ قَالَ زَوْجَيْنِ مِنْ مَالِهِ أُرَاهُ قَالَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ دَعَتْهُ خَزَنَةُ الْجَنَّةِ يَا مُسْلِمُ هَذَا خَيْرٌ هَلُمَّ إِلَيْهِ فَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ هَذَا رَجُلٌ لَا تُودَى عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا نَفَعَنِي مَالٌ قَطُّ إِلَّا مَالُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ قَالَ فَبَكَى أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَقَالَ وَهَلْ نَفَعَنِي اللَّهُ إِلَّا بِكَ وَهَلْ نَفَعَنِي اللَّهُ إِلَّا بِكَ وَهَلْ نَفَعَنِي اللَّهُ إِلَّا بِكَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Whoever spends a pair - or he said two pairs - from his wealth in the cause of Allah, the gatekeepers of Paradise will call him: O Muslim, this is good, come to it!' Abu Bakr said: 'This is a man upon whom nothing will be lost.' The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'No wealth has benefited me as much as the wealth of Abu Bakr.' Abu Bakr wept and said: 'Has Allah benefited me except through you? Has Allah benefited me except through you? Has Allah benefited me except through you?'
