حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ حَدَّثَنَا مَنْصُورٌ وَهِشَامٌ عَنْ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَالْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ.

Hushaym told us: Mansur and Hisham told us, from Ibn Sirin, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The well entails no liability, the mine entails no liability, the roaming animal entails no liability, and in buried treasure there is a fifth due.
