حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجٌ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ كُوتِبَ عَلَى مِائَةِ أُوقِيَّةٍ فَأَدَّاهَا إِلَّا عَشْرَ أَوَاقٍ ثُمَّ عَجَزَ فَهُوَ رَقِيقٌ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yahya ibn Zakariyya ibn Abi Za'idah narrated to us: Hajjaj informed us from Amr ibn Shu'ayb from his father from his grandfather who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Any slave who makes a contract of manumission for one hundred uqiyyah and pays all except ten uqiyyah, and then becomes unable to pay, he remains a slave."
