حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَوَاءٍ أَبُو الْخَطَّابِ السَّدُوسِيُّ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ الْمُثَنَّى بْنَ الصَّبَّاحِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ زَادَكُمْ صَلَاةً فَحَافِظُوا عَلَيْهَا وَهِيَ الْوَتْرُ فَكَانَ عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ رَأَى أَنْ يُعَادَ الْوَتْرُ وَلَوْ بَعْدَ شَهْرٍ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn Sawa' Abu al-Khattab al-Sadusi said: I asked al-Muthanna ibn al-Sabbah from Amr ibn Shu'ayb from his father from his grandfather that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Indeed Allah has added a prayer for you, so be diligent about it - it is the Witr. So perform it between the Isha prayer and the Fajr prayer."
