حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى أَخْبَرَنِي مَالِكٌ أَخْبَرَنِي الثِّقَةُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْعُرْبَانِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ishaq ibn Isa narrated to us: Malik informed me, a trustworthy narrator informed me from Amr ibn Shu'ayb from his father from his grandfather who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) prohibited the sale of 'urban (earnest money sale where deposit is forfeited if the buyer backs out).
