حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو قَطَنٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي السَّفَرِ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ جَالَسْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ سَنَتَيْنِ مَا سَمِعْتُهُ رَوَى شَيْئًا عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ حَدِيثَ الضَّبِّ أَوْ الْأَضُبِّ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Qatan narrated to us: Shu'bah narrated from Abdullah ibn Abi al-Safar from al-Sha'bi who said: I sat with Ibn Umar for two years and did not hear him narrate anything from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). Then he mentioned the hadith about the lizard (dabb).
