حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ أَخِي ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عَمِّهِ أَخْبَرَنَا سَالِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ قَالَ طَلَّقْتُ امْرَأَتِي وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَذَكَرَ عُمَرُ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فَتَغَيَّظَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثُمَّ قَالَ لِيُرَاجِعْهَا حَتَّى تَحِيضَ حَيْضَةً مُسْتَقْبَلَةً سِوَى حَيْضَتِهَا الَّتِي طَلَّقَهَا فِيهَا فَإِنْ بَدَا لَهُ أَنْ يُطَلِّقَهَا فَلْيُطَلِّقْهَا طَاهِرًا مِنْ حَيْضَتِهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمَسَّهَا فَذَلِكَ الطَّلَاقُ لِلْعِدَّةِ كَمَا أَمَرَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى وَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ طَلَّقَهَا تَطْلِيقَةً فَحُسِبَتْ مِنْ طَلَاقِهَا وَرَاجَعَهَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ كَمَا أَمَرَهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ya'qub told us: The nephew of Ibn Shihab informed me, from his uncle: Salim ibn Abdullah informed us that Abdullah ibn Umar said: I divorced my wife while she was menstruating, so Umar mentioned that to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. He said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, became angry, then said: 'Let him take her back until she experiences a fresh menstrual period, other than the one in which he divorced her. Then, if he still wishes to divorce her, let him divorce her while she is pure, before he has touched her, for that is the divorce prescribed for the waiting period, as Allah, exalted is He, has commanded.' Abdullah had divorced her with one pronouncement, which was counted from her divorces, and Abdullah took her back as he had been commanded.
