حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ صُهَيْبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ الْبُنَانِيِّ قَالَ كُنْتُ مَعَ ابْنِ عُمَرَ فَجَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ إِنِّي أَشْتَرِي هَذِهِ الْحِيطَانَ تَكُونُ فِيهَا الْأَعْنَابُ فَلَا نَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ نَبِيعَهَا كُلَّهَا عِنَبًا حَتَّى نَعْصِرَهُ قَالَ فَعَنْ ثَمَنِ الْخَمْرِ تَسْأَلُنِي سَأُحَدِّثُكَ حَدِيثًا سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كُنَّا جُلُوسًا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذْ رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ ثُمَّ أَكَبَّ وَنَكَتَ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَقَالَ الْوَيْلُ لِبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ لَقَدْ أَفْزَعَنَا قَوْلُكَ لِبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ فَقَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ ذَلِكَ بَأْسٌ إِنَّهُمْ لَمَّا حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ الشُّحُومُ فَتَوَاطَئُوهُ فَيَبِيعُونَهُ فَيَأْكُلُونَ ثَمَنَهُ وَكَذَلِكَ ثَمَنُ الْخَمْرِ عَلَيْكُمْ حَرَامٌ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abd al-Samad told me, my father told me, Abd al-Aziz b. Suhayb told us, from Abd al-Wahid al-Bunani, who said: I was with Ibn Umar when a man came to him and said: "O Abu Abd al-Rahman, I buy these vineyards containing grapes, but we cannot sell all of it as grapes without pressing it." He said: "You ask me about the price of wine? I will relate to you a hadith I heard from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: We were sitting with the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, when he raised his head to the sky, then bowed down and scratched the ground, and said: 'Woe to the Children of Israel.' Umar said: 'O Prophet of Allah, your words about the Children of Israel have alarmed us.' He said: 'There is no harm upon you in that. When fat was forbidden to them, they colluded over it and sold it and consumed its price; and likewise the price of wine is forbidden to you.'"
