حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ سَمِعْتُ نَافِعًا حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ أَعْتَقَ نَصِيبًا لَهُ فِي عَبْدٍ فَإِنْ كَانَ لَهُ مِنْ الْمَالِ مَا يَبْلُغُ قِيمَتَهُ قُوِّمَ عَلَيْهِ قِيمَةَ عَدْلٍ وَإِلَّا فَقَدْ أَعْتَقَ مَا أَعْتَقَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Affan told us: Jarir ibn Hazim told us: I heard Nafi' narrate: Ibn Umar told us: that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever frees his share in a slave, then if he has enough wealth to cover the slave's value, a fair valuation will be made against him, and if not, then he has freed what he has freed.
