حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَيْمَنَ يَسْأَلُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ وَأَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ يَسْمَعُ فَقَالَ كَيْفَ تَرَى فِي رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ حَائِضًا فَقَالَ إِنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِيُرَاجِعْهَا عَلَيَّ وَلَمْ يَرَهَا شَيْئًا وَقَالَ فَرَدَّهَا إِذَا طَهُرَتْ فَلْيُطَلِّقْ أَوْ يُمْسِكْ قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ وَقَرَأَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ { يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِذَا طَلَّقْتُمْ النِّسَاءَ فَطَلِّقُوهُنَّ } فِي قُبُلِ عِدَّتِهِنَّ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ وَسَمِعْتُ مُجَاهِدًا يَقْرَؤُهَا كَذَلِكَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Rawh told us, Ibn Jurayj told us: Abu al-Zubayr informed me that he heard Abd al-Rahman ibn Ayman ask Ibn Umar, while Abu al-Zubayr was listening, saying: What do you think of a man who divorces his wife while she is menstruating? He said: Ibn Umar divorced his wife during the time of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, so Umar said: O Messenger of Allah, Abdullah has divorced his wife while she is menstruating. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Let him take her back - as a duty owed to me - and he did not consider it a valid divorce, and said: So return her, and when she becomes pure, let him then divorce her, or keep her. Ibn Umar said: And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, recited: O Prophet, when you divorce women, divorce them at the time of their prescribed waiting period - meaning at the onset of their waiting period. Ibn Jurayj said: And I heard Mujahid recite it in that way as well.
