حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ رَبِّهِ بْنَ سَعِيدٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ نَخْلًا قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلْأَوَّلِ وَأَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ مَمْلُوكًا وَلَهُ مَالٌ فَمَالُهُ لِرَبِّهِ الْأَوَّلِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ قَالَ شُعْبَةُ فَحَدَّثْتُهُ بِحَدِيثِ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَ بِالنَّخْلِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَالْمَمْلُوكِ عَنْ عُمَرَ قَالَ عَبْدُ رَبِّهِ لَا أَعْلَمُهُمَا جَمِيعًا إِلَّا عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثُمَّ قَالَ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى فَحَدَّثَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَلَمْ يَشُكَّ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us, Shu'bah told us: I heard Abd Rabbih ibn Sa'id narrating from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever sells palm trees that have already been pollinated, their fruit belongs to the first owner, and whoever sells a slave who has property, his property belongs to the first owner, unless the buyer stipulates otherwise. Shu'bah said: I related to him the hadith of Ayyub from Nafi', that he narrated the palm-tree part from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and the slave part from Umar. Abd Rabbih said: I do not know them both except from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Then another time he narrated it from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, without doubt.
