حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا جَبَلَةُ قَالَ كُنَّا بِالْمَدِينَةِ فِي بَعْثِ أَهْلِ الْعِرَاقِ فَأَصَابَتْنَا سَنَةٌ فَجَعَلَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ يَرْزُقُنَا التَّمْرَ وَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ يَمُرُّ بِنَا فَيَقُولُ لَا تُقَارِنُوا فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ الْقِرَانِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَسْتَأْمِرَ الرَّجُلُ مِنْكُمْ أَخَاهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Bahz told us, Shu'bah told us, Jabalah told us, who said: We were in Madinah among the expeditionary force of the people of Iraq, and a year of drought befell us. Abd Allah ibn al-Zubayr began to provide us with dates, and Abd Allah ibn Umar used to pass by us and say: "Do not combine two dates [when eating], for the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade combining, unless a man asks permission of his brother."
