انگریزی ترجمہ
Affan narrated to us: Hammad - namely Ibn Salamah - narrated to us: Thabit informed us, from Abdullah ibn Umar, that the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said to a man: "You did such-and-such," and the man said: "No, by the One besides whom there is no god, I did not do it." Gabriel, peace be upon him, then said to him: "He did indeed do it, but he has been forgiven because he said 'there is no god but God.'" Hammad said: Thabit did not hear this directly from Ibn Umar; there was a man between them.
