حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلًا قَدْ أُبِرَتْ فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلْبَائِعِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Malik, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "Whoever sells palm trees that have already been pollinated, their fruit belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates otherwise."
