حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ سَمِعَهُ مِنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ أَقْبَلَ رَجُلَانِ مِنْ الْمَشْرِقِ فَتَكَلَّمَا أَوْ تَكَلَّمَ أَحَدُهُمَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ مِنْ الْبَيَانِ سِحْرًا أَوْ إِنَّ الْبَيَانَ سِحْرٌ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Zayd ibn Aslam, who heard it from Ibn 'Umar, who said: Two men came from the East and spoke, or one of them spoke, and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'Indeed, some eloquence is like magic,' or 'eloquence is magic.'
