Yahya told us, from Ubaydullah: Nafi' informed me, from Ibn Umar, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said, "Five of the creatures - there is no blame upon whoever kills them in killing them, though it is otherwise forbidden: the scorpion, the mouse, the crow, the kite, and the biting dog."
