حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شِرْكًا لَهُ فِي مَمْلُوكٍ فَقَدْ عَتَقَ كُلُّهُ فَإِنْ كَانَ لِلَّذِي أَعْتَقَ نَصِيبَهُ مِنْ الْمَالِ مَا يَبْلُغُ ثَمَنَهُ فَعَلَيْهِ عِتْقُهُ كُلُّهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yahya told us, from Ubaydullah: Nafi' informed me, from Abdullah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever frees his share in a jointly owned slave, then the whole of him is freed; and if the one who frees him has enough wealth to cover his full price, then he is responsible for freeing him entirely."
