Yazid narrated to us: Ibn Abi Dhi'b informed us, from Muslim al-Khabbat, from Ibn Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade intercepting travelling caravans (before they reach the market), and that a townsman sell on behalf of a countryman, and that none of you propose marriage over the proposal of his brother until he marries or gives it up; and there is no prayer after the afternoon prayer until the sun sets, nor after the dawn prayer until the sun rises or the forenoon comes.
