حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَنْبَأَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ أَعْتَقَ نَصِيبًا لَهُ فِي مَمْلُوكٍ كُلِّفَ أَنْ يُتِمَّ عِتْقَهُ بِقِيمَةِ عَدْلٍ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hushaym told us: Yahya ibn Sa'id informed us, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Whoever frees his share in a slave is obligated to complete his manumission at a fair price."
