حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ أَخْبَرَنَا قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْأَسْوَدَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقْرَأُ هَذَا الْحَرْفَ { فَهَلْ مِنْ مُدَّكِرٍ } بِالدَّالِ.

Affan told us, Shu'bah told us - Abu Ishaq informed us, who said: I heard al-Aswad relate from Abdullah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he used to recite this word "fa hal min muddakir" with the letter dal.
