حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَنْبَأَنَا مُغِيرَةُ عَنْ أَبِي رَزِينٍ عَنْ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ سُورَةِ النِّسَاءِ فَلَمَّا بَلَغْتُ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ { فَكَيْفَ إِذَا جِئْنَا مِنْ كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ بِشَهِيدٍ وَجِئْنَا بِكَ عَلَى هَؤُلَاءِ شَهِيدًا } قَالَ فَفَاضَتْ عَيْنَاهُ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hushaym told us: Mughirah informed us, from Abu Razin, from Ibn Mas'ud, who said: "I recited to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, from Surat al-Nisa', and when I reached this verse: 'So how will it be when We bring from every nation a witness, and We bring you against these as a witness?' - his eyes overflowed with tears, peace and blessings be upon him."
